Experience
Business Ownership
In 1989, after the death of her husband, Robert Ashley, founder of
A&H Lithoprint, Patricia became Chief Executive Officer of the company.
She has been leading the company ever since. Joining Patricia in the business at that time were three of her children. She has seen steady growth in the business over the years that has included new technology,
new equipment, new employees, and many new and loyal clients.
Management
Financial management has been a strong part of Pat's background and continues to be to this day. She serves as the Treasurer of the company and makes the best decisions for their continued growth.
Prior to joining A&H Lithoprint as CEO, Patricia worked in the nursing field. She also taught nursing at the Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She retired from the nursing field to raise four children.
Affiliations
Pat is active in the Salvation Army, serving as the current Membership Chairman for the Women's Auxillary of Metropolitan Chicago. She has been a member of the Elmwood Park Presbyterian Church since 1961, and has sung in the choir for many years. She is also active in the P.E.O. Sisterhood.

Education
Patricia graduated with an AA degree from North Park College, a BS in Nursing from Northwestern University, and an RN from Chicago Wesley Memorial Hospital School of Nursing.
Personal
Patricia lives in the near western suburbs of Chicago. She enjoys spending time with her four children and six wonderful grandchildren. Her oldest daughter is a college professor at the College of DuPage and at Dominican University. Another daughter is married and remains busy raising four children. Two of Patricia's children, a son and daughter, work in the business serving as President and Vice President.
After some leisure time with the family, Patricia still finds time for P.E.O.,Bible studies, reading, movies, and extensive volunteer work.
